Conditioning
BOA Compactors
A double-walled mixing chamber in which steam and liquids are introduced and the mixture is compacted using an hydraulically operated compacting chamber.
Single Conditioners
The details in development and engineering make the difference in this conditioner. Generously sized paddles, adjustable in both height and pitch, create a homogeneous mixture and an hygienic process
Hot Start Conditioners (TCS)
This patented solution for thermal treatment of mash animal feed is Ottevanger’s innovative answer to the high demands of the market for the hygienic production of safe animal feed.
Retention Time Barrel (RTB)
After the homogeneous mixing of steam in a conditioner the product remains, during a preset length of time, in this heated and insulated retention time barrel. After the retention time barrel the product can be further treated in a pellet mill, extruder or meal cooler.
