Continuous Mixer

The Ottevanger continuous mixer blends liquids uniformly into powders such as mash, flour, or premixes. A dosing pump and flowmeter enable accurate, automatic liquid control, while a screw feeder ensures steady product flow. With adjustable paddles and a robust, low maintenance design, capacities range from 20 to 100 t/h depending on configuration.

Available executions

All machines can be customized. The machines can be carried out in stainless and be delivered with ATEX 22 components, special internal coatings, a powerful  drive and other options.

  • Models: MM20, MM40, MM60, MM80 and MM100.
  • Drives: direct or v-belt, motor power 22–75 kW.
  • Construction: rigid steel frame with plastic liner to reduce contamination.
  • Maintenance: large side doors for inspection and paddle replacement.
  • Power: typical consumption around 0.7 kW per ton of product.
  • Options: flowmeter for automatic liquid dosing, adjustable dosing pump with variable speed control, ATEX 22 components, stainless or coated contact parts.
