Available executions

  • Materials: all product-contact components in AISI 304 stainless steel.
  • Shaft: solid screw shaft with inclined-pitch flights for consistent dosing.
  • Bearings: closed-type, externally mounted for easy access.
  • Drive: gear motor with direct coupling; frequency converter optional.
  • Control: suitable for variable-speed operation.
  • Optional sensors: product detector and overflow detector at outlet.

Heated version:

  • Electric heating system with adjustable thermostat (30–110°C).
  • Insulated with rock wool, finished in aluminum sheet.
  • Compression packing on propeller shaft and spacer-mounted bearings.

Capacities and sizes:

  • 180 × 1,000 mm – up to 8 t/h – 1.5 kW
  • 250 × 1,350 mm – up to 18 t/h – 2.2 kW
  • 300 × 1,500 mm – up to 30 t/h – 3.0 kW
  • Other sizes available on request.
