Single Shaft Paddle Mixer
Ottevanger’s single shaft paddle mixer is designed for accurate mixing of powders and granulates, independent of bulk density or particle shape, with optional liquid addition. Full length pneumatic bomb doors empty the mixer in 15 to 20 seconds, enabling up to 15 fully automated batches per hour.

Fast, accurate batch mixing
The single shaft paddle mixer uses adjustable paddles on a horizontal shaft to achieve uniform mixing of powders and granulates, regardless of bulk density or shape. Liquids are evenly distributed during the short mixing cycle. Full-length bomb doors discharge the entire batch in seconds, minimising residues and ensuring high batch accuracy. The robust, hygienic design delivers reliable operation with low power consumption and high throughput.
