Advanced feed production for pigs and poultry
45 t/h Feed Production in Quevedo
Pronaca Quevedo is an animal feed production facility in Ecuador specialising in feed for pigs and poultry. In response to the growing demand for chicken and pork products in the country, Pronaca decided to make a major investment in the expansion of its existing factory.
The expansion project was developed in cooperation with Ottevanger Milling Engineers, with construction beginning in July 2023. The upgraded facility was completed and ready for production in 2024.
In addition to increasing production capacity, the project is intended to reduce costs, improve operational efficiency and support the development of new raw materials and production solutions. These developments contribute to Pronaca’s activities in poultry production, nutrition, genetics and animal health.
The facility incorporates modern technology for controlling dust, noise, temperature and air pollution. It also provides a foundation for future development projects and the continued expansion of Pronaca’s Feed Well product line.
