Ottevanger’s dosing and weighing systems combine high accuracy with modular flexibility. Our micro-ingredient units handle up to 34 dosing cells with individual screw feeders and optional rotary discharge for sticky products. Multiple weighers deliver net accuracies down to 50 grams, supported by automated controls and a dust-proof design. For high-precision batching, the modular Micro Dosing Unit (MDU) integrates up to eight bins, dosing screws, pneumatic shut-off valves and multiple “super scales” to weigh and discharge several ingredients at once, reducing cycle times and improving formulation accuracy. Built in stainless or coated steel and compliant with feed and food safety standards, our dosing and weighing equipment is used worldwide and backed by a global service network.
