Performance & Applications

Overview

Key benefits

Built for stable steam conditioning

  • Stable conditioning and moisture control through dry, superheated steam at the point of dosing
  • Higher throughput potential from higher product temperature at unchanged line pressure
  • Lower energy consumption with potential CO₂ reduction compared to less efficient steam addition
  • Short commissioning time thanks to a preassembled, clearly documented package
  • Reduced downtime and longer service life using reliable, A-quality components

Available executions

Delivered to specification with options for capacity and insulation finish.

  • Capacities from 130 to 2,750 kg/h
  • Insulation finished with smooth or stucco-embossed aluminium sheets
