Advanced process technology for specialised pet food production
Pet Food Production for Pronaca in Durán
Pronaca expanded its pet food production capabilities in Durán, Ecuador, with a conventional production facility. Ottevanger supplied process equipment for the 5 t/h plant, integrating the main production stages within an efficient plant layout.
The installation combines dosing, grinding and mixing equipment to support accurate ingredient handling and consistent formulation. The process layout provides controlled material flow through the different stages of production.
The facility forms part of Pronaca’s pet food production activities in Durán and provides dedicated capacity for the production of animal nutrition products. By integrating the main process steps within one production setup, the installation supports efficient and consistent production.
