Designed for feed production in a seismic region
Modular Feed Mill in Southern Chile
Alisur operates a feed production facility near Osorno in southern Chile, a region with significant seismic activity. This presented specific structural requirements for the development of its feed mill.
Ottevanger designed and supplied a modular feed mill adapted to the local requirements and seismic conditions. The modular construction uses prefabricated units to create a compact production facility while providing the structural design required for the project location.
The 10 t/h facility incorporates a complete production process from raw material intake through to finished feed. Dosing, grinding and mixing are integrated within the production line, with plant-wide automation providing control over the different stages of the process.
The modular configuration provided Alisur with an integrated feed production facility suited to the conditions of its location in southern Chile, combining process equipment, automation and a flexible plant structure.
