High-capacity processing for dog and cat food
75 t/h Pet Food Production in Argentina
Agroindustrias Baires specialises in the production of food for dogs and cats at its facility in Parque Industrial General Las Heras, Argentina. To expand its production capabilities, the existing site was extended with a new manufacturing hall incorporating process equipment supplied by Ottevanger.
The project includes systems for raw material intake, dosing and pre-grinding, creating a controlled material flow towards the main processing lines. Three separate fine-grinding and mixing lines form the core of the new installation.
Each line has a production capacity of 25 t/h, providing a combined capacity of 75 t/h. The parallel configuration provides Agroindustrias Baires with substantial processing capacity for its pet food production.
The expanded installation integrates raw material handling, dosing, grinding and mixing within the existing production site, providing additional capacity for the company’s dog and cat food production.
