Solprovit Holding B.V.

Solprovit, part of the Fuite Group, invested in a specialised production facility in Hasselt, the Netherlands, for the production of premixes and concentrates for young animal nutrition. The project combines precise ingredient handling and dosing with integrated automation to support consistent product quality and efficient production.

Ottevanger supplied the process equipment for the facility, with particular attention to accurate dosing and batching. The installation was designed to handle the precise formulations required for premixes and concentrates while maintaining controlled material flow throughout the production process.

Automation and process control play an important role in the facility, supporting formulation accuracy, traceability and consistent production. The integrated setup connects the different stages of the process and provides operators with control over production and material handling.

Storage was integrated into the overall plant design to create an efficient flow from raw materials through processing to the finished product. The resulting facility provides Solprovit with a dedicated production environment for specialised young animal nutrition.
