Sa Beang

SA Beang 111 Co. invested in a new compound feed plant in Chonburi province, Thailand. Ottevanger supplied a containerised feed mill with a production capacity of 15 tonnes per hour for layer feed. The plant also provides the flexibility to produce pelleted feed. The modular design provided an efficient solution for the limited space available on site. Raw materials such as corn, soy, cassava and tapioca are delivered by truck and stored in silos and warehouses before entering the production process.

Ottevanger designed the containerised feed mill with future expansion in mind. The modular configuration allows SA Beang 111 Co. to increase production capacity by adding an additional hammer mill and pelleting line when required. An integrated automation system based on a PLC/SCADA operating platform controls the plant processes. The system supports reliable and efficient operation throughout the feed production process.
