Modular Feed Production for Al Ain Fodder Factory
Al Ain Fodder Factory operates an animal feed production facility in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. Originally focused on producing feed for its own livestock operations, the company expanded its production capabilities with a modular feed mill supplied by Ottevanger.
The facility includes a 10 t/h grinding, mixing and pelleting line, a 5 t/h flaking line and an additional pelleting line. Together, the installation provides a total production capacity of 15 t/h.
The installation is designed to handle more than 100 feed formulations for a wide range of animal species. These include poultry, goats, sheep, dairy cattle, calves and camels, as well as feeds for other animal categories.
The modular configuration combines the main production processes and automated control within a compact plant setup, providing Al Ain Fodder Factory with a flexible production facility for multi-species feed.
