Dedicated premix production for Afrosiyob
5 t/h Premix Plant in Angren
Afrosiyob has been producing premixes under the SAMMIX name alongside its poultry and animal feed activities in Uzbekistan. As production requirements increased, the company partnered with Ottevanger to expand and professionalise its premix production.
Ottevanger delivered a new premix plant in Angren with a production capacity of 5 t/h. The facility replaced Afrosiyob’s previous premix production location in Samarkand and provided dedicated capacity for the production of SAMMIX premixes.
The project formed part of a wider cooperation between Afrosiyob and Ottevanger in Uzbekistan, which also included feed mill projects at other locations in the country.
The Angren premix plant became operational in 2019 and was officially opened in October of that year.
