Atlas selected a C30-30 containerised feed mill for poultry feed production in Malaysia. The modular plant combines a compact, preassembled design with the production capacity required for industrial-scale feed manufacturing.

The C30 configuration is based on a mixer batch size of approximately 2,000 kilograms and provides a nominal mash feed capacity of around 30 t/h. The second 30 in the C30-30 configuration represents the pelleting capacity class installed as part of the poultry feed line.

The plant is constructed using standard 20-foot container frames. The main process equipment is preassembled and tested at Ottevanger before shipment to Malaysia, reducing the amount of assembly and civil work required at the final production site.

This modular approach enables a large part of the feed mill to be prepared under controlled workshop conditions while providing Atlas with a scalable poultry feed production facility. The project demonstrates how containerised feed mill technology can combine industrial production capacity with efficient on-site installation.
