In 2014, IVS Dosing Technology developed an innovative dosing unit designed to convert concentrated, dried micro-components into liquid form. Now marketed as the POWLI, this system is operational at several mixed feed production plants across Europe, offering a precise and efficient solution for dosing applications.
Development of POWLI
As specialists in dosing technology, our Research & Development department continued to advance this technology, resulting in the launch of the POWLI1 at the VICTAM 2015 trade fair. POWLI, short for POWder to LIquid, is a patented system that allows manufacturers to convert a wide variety of powder-based products into highly accurate liquid doses. Since its introduction, we have developed specialized variants for products such as enzymes, probiotics, and anti-coccidiostats.
The development of POWLI involved close collaboration between our R&D team and production workshop, ensuring that technical improvements were quickly implemented. Our streamlined communication processes enable rapid adaptation to meet evolving customer needs.
