Control from a mobile device

Our software suite is web-based, so it can be controlled from a mobile device. It can be displayed in a read-only mode to prevent unintentional use.

Secure intakes with barcode

Produce the right product with the right input at the right time with our foolproof barcode systems. Not only do these systems minimise the potential for error, they also provide invaluable track and trace functionality. Our barcode systems even include a preparation station for ultra-low volume and manual dosing.

Press control

The press line can be started from the Scada or from a local panel. This gives the operator the flexibility to make small adjustments while watching and listening to the live process.

The Press Control fits perfectly into an Inteqnion Automation solution. It can also be integrated into an existing automation system as a stand-alone solution.

The extruder control can also be a stand-alone version or in combination with another automation system.

Micro dosing controls

The new Micro Dosing Unit (MDU) from Ottervanger ensures extremely accurate dosing of up to 5 components simultaneously. This is made possible by a weigher in a closed environment and a unique design of the dosing screws. It is designed with Inteqnion controls to achieve this accuracy and speed. It works perfectly in an Inteqnion automation system, but can also be supplied as a stand alone controller.

Intake and outloading panels

For truck drivers, we have designed easy-to-use touch panels for receiving raw materials and unloading finished products. These screens are part of BatchExplorer and can be operated in different languages.

For the discharge screen, the driver can select the discharge bin, the destination compartment and see the requested and actual weight.
