BFB plus Kft.

In 2022, BFB plus Kft. commissioned a conventional feed production facility in Hungary, designed specifically for the production of bird and rodent feed. The plant combines raw material processing, precise dosing and mixing with automated handling and packaging.

Raw materials enter the production process through the machinery tower, where they are cleaned to remove impurities before further processing. The ingredients are then accurately dosed and mixed according to the required recipes. Coating technology provides additional flexibility to apply liquids and other components to the finished product.

After processing, the finished feed is transported by belt conveyors to the bagging lines. The integrated conveying and automated bagging systems provide a controlled flow from production to packaging and prepare the finished products for distribution.

The facility gives BFB plus Kft. a dedicated production setup for bird and rodent feed, combining precise raw material handling, flexible processing and automated packaging within one integrated plant.
