High-Precision Production in Hasselt

Located in Hasselt, the Netherlands, the new Solprovit production facility represents a significant step forward in specialised animal nutrition. As part of the Fuite Group — a family business with over 100 years of experience in premixes, concentrates and young animal feed — the investment reflects a long-term commitment to innovation and product excellence.

The project was realised in close cooperation with KSE Process Technology, ensuring advanced automation and highly accurate dosing and batching processes. From initial engineering to final commissioning, the installation was designed to meet the highest standards in efficiency, traceability and product consistency.

The plant is fully equipped to produce high-quality premixes and concentrates with exceptional precision. Integration of smart process control systems allows tight control over formulation accuracy, while optimised material flow enhances operational efficiency and reliability.

In collaboration with TSC Silos, tailored storage solutions were implemented to support a streamlined and automated production flow. The result is a future-ready facility where decades of expertise are combined with modern technology to strengthen Solprovit’s position in the specialised feed market.
