Micro-Liquid Dosing Unit
The Ottevanger Micro-liquid dosing unit enables precise addition of liquid micro-components in food and feed processes. The modular installation can be configured for batched or continuous dosing and fitted with volume or mass-flow measurement. A stainless-steel buffer tank maintains supply during dosing, while an in-house developed mixing tube ensures a homogeneous dosing liquid. The unit is maintenance-friendly with positioned shut-off valves and discharge options, Camlock quick-release couplings for rapid IBC change-over, and A-quality components for long service life and minimal downtime.
