Liquid Intake Station
Liquid addition in compound feed and petfood plants is increasingly centralised to a single unloading point. The Ottevanger Liquid intake station provides a secure, well-controlled interface between tanker and plant. A stainless-steel cabinet with electric locks and a roller screen protects the connection points, while a drip tray with leak-detection alarm and drain valve limits spills and simplifies housekeeping. A sensor verifies that the filling hose is connected to the correct intake point before unloading starts, improving both safety and accuracy. A tanker coupling with sealing lid ensures a safe closure when not in use, and A-quality components support reliable operation.
