BFB plus Kft. Hungary

In 2022, BFB plus Kft. commissioned a new conventional feed production facility in Hungary, specifically designed for the manufacture of premium bird and rodent feed. The plant was developed to meet the growing demand for specialised animal nutrition products in both domestic and international markets.

At the core of the installation is a state-of-the-art machinery tower where the complete raw material processing takes place. The process begins with intake and thorough cleaning of incoming ingredients, ensuring impurities are removed and a consistent quality base is established. The cleaned raw materials are then accurately dosed and mixed, with the possibility to apply coating technology to enhance nutritional value, palatability and product differentiation.

Following processing, the finished feed is transported via an efficient belt conveying system to the bagging lines. This integrated logistics setup enables smooth material flow, minimises product loss and supports high operational throughput. The fully automated bagging systems ensure accurate packaging, preparing the products for reliable distribution.

With this new facility, BFB plus Kft. has strengthened its production capacity and quality standards, reinforcing its position as a leading producer of bird and rodent feed while remaining flexible to evolving market requirements.
