Sa Beang Thailand

Ottevanger has successfully completed the construction of a state-of-the-art compound feed plant for SA Beang 111 Co. in Thailand’s Chonburi province. The facility has a production capacity of 15 tons per hour for layer feed and includes the flexibility to produce pellet feed as well. A modular design proved to be the ideal solution for the limited space available on site.

Raw materials such as corn, soy, cassava, and tapioca are delivered by truck and stored efficiently in silos and warehouses for processing.

The plant is built using Ottevanger’s proven containerised feed mill concept, allowing for straightforward future expansion. The design enables SA Beang 111 Co. to easily double production capacity by adding an additional hammer mill and pelleting line when required.

The complete automation system, based on an advanced PLC/SCADA operating platform, ensures reliable and efficient control of all plant processes.
