Crumbler
- Independent rollers for precision
- Optional remote roller adjustment
- Easy cleaning and maintenance
AgruniekRijnvallei continues to invest in efficient pelleting technology to improve production performance and pellet quality. Following the strong results of an earlier MonoRoll installation, the company decided to replace a second 2-roller pellet press with a PTN Progress 850x210 MonoRoll pellet press at its production site in Lienden.
The upgrade was completed in a short timeframe, allowing production to restart quickly. With this modernisation, AgruniekRijnvallei further strengthened its position in reliable, energy-efficient feed production for ruminant and horse feed.
Efficient pelleting technology for reliable feed production
PTN completed the installation of the second Progress 850×210 MonoRoll pellet press at AgruniekRijnvallei in Lienden, the Netherlands. This project followed the successful installation of the first MonoRoll pellet press at the same production site four years earlier.
Due to the excellent performance of the first MonoRoll, AgruniekRijnvallei decided to replace a second existing 2-roller pellet press with the same technology. The new installation was carried out efficiently, with the complete conversion taking approximately one and a half days. Only two days after the changeover, the customer was already able to resume production of its first batches of ruminant and horse feed.
A key reason for choosing the MonoRoll was its strong operational performance. The system combines low energy consumption with high pellet quality, helping AgruniekRijnvallei maintain both efficiency and product consistency in daily production. The successful results of the first installation gave the customer the confidence to further standardise its pelleting process with MonoRoll technology.
This project shows how targeted equipment upgrades can quickly deliver practical value on the production floor. By replacing conventional 2-roller technology with the MonoRoll pellet press, AgruniekRijnvallei improved process efficiency while continuing to secure the pellet quality required for high-performance feed production.
