Quick Hammer Change System
The Ottevanger Quick Hammer Change System speeds up and simplifies hammer replacement on selected hammer mills. It enables a guided one person change via side access, safely removing and fitting hammers without dismantling. The ergonomic process reduces downtime and returns the mill to production faster.

The QHE system makes it easy to replace hammers, using the next steps:
- Change to second hammer position
- Unlock the screen holder
- Connection of holders for hammer exchange unit
- Removing the axle
- Insertion of the new hammers
