Flexible mash feed production for integrated poultry farming
TPC (Teck Ping Chan), established in 1978, is a recognised player in the Asian poultry industry. In 2016, the company invested in a containerised feed mill dedicated to mash feed production. Construction was completed in the first half of 2017, and the plant has been fully operational since.
The installation covers the complete process from intake to finished product. With a production capacity of 30 tonnes per hour, TPC produces mash feeds, including layer feed, for use in its own poultry farms.
Ottevanger’s containerised, modular concept provides flexibility and enables straightforward future expansion. Through efficient batching and grinding, the plant has even exceeded its nominal 30 t/h capacity in operation.
