A decade of partnership and expansion
Second Feed Mill Secures Future Growth
Pro Grupp Invest OÜ is an established Estonian feed producer serving the livestock sector with a focus on quality, reliability and long-term customer relationships. Approximately ten years after the successful realisation of their first feed mill, Pro Grupp once again partnered with Ottevanger Milling Engineers to expand its production capacity with a second facility.
The newly commissioned conventional feed mill, located in Jõgevamaa, has a total production capacity of 30 tonnes per hour, divided over two independent 15 t/h production lines. The installation is designed for flexible production of pig, ruminant and poultry feed, allowing Pro Grupp to efficiently serve multiple livestock segments within one integrated facility.
A key technological feature of the plant is the integration of Hot Start Conditioners. This technology enhances hygienisation, improves pellet quality and increases process stability, contributing to consistent feed performance and operational efficiency.
The completion of this second mill marks an important milestone in the continued development of Pro Grupp. Building on a decade-long cooperation, the new facility secures scalable production capacity and reinforces the company’s position in the Estonian feed market.
