Nozzle Cleaner

In compound feed production, liquids are dosed through spray nozzles where product residues can block the orifice and cause unplanned stops to clean the line. The Ottevanger Nozzle Cleaner prevents this downtime by inserting a small needle into each nozzle after dosing to keep the passage clear. The unit also functions as a shut-off valve, eliminating drips and leaks and supporting stable dosing accuracy throughout the dosing window. The result is a maintenance-free dosing process with low operating cost and reliable performance.
