Expander
Expanders improve feed quality and process efficiency by applying controlled heat, pressure, and shear for uniform cooking and partial starch gelatinisation. Based on the Ottevanger Contivar design with the Active Disk system, they allow precise product control, easy wear part replacement, and higher oil and moisture inclusion. The result is durable, low maintenance operation and longer pellet mill life.
